Planning a party for 2024, or even 2025? The very first thing I normally recommend to Party Magic's clients follows the old real estate maxim: location, location, location. Apart from hiring your event stylist (of course😉), finding the perfect venue that fits your specific needs, such as the size of your guest list, your theme, and program, will probably be the most important decision you'll make in your planning.
It's been a while since my last post on venues (see here); 9 years, to be exact! And while some venues remain stalwarts and offer compelling packages to clients, a lot has also changed in the party and events venue scene. So I'm writing this new, updated guide on venues to help you along in your journey. This list will include some interesting new names and even hidden gems with a lot to offer to you mommies in need.

19 of the Best Venues for your Party in 2024
1.) White Space Manila Â
Our all-time favorite because of its magnificent all-white hall which serves as a blank canvas for any event or business to express its creativity. This venue offers endless possibilities for customization and personalization, allowing event planners to transform it according to their specific theme, style, or branding.
Bright side: Whether you are planning for your wedding, a corporate event, or kiddie party for your child, this event place provides a blank slate for creativity to flourish, making it a popular choice for those seeking a customizable and adaptable event space. Aside from having a spacious holding room and being highly maintained, what I like about White Space Manila is that there's no corkage fees and it only books one event per day. They also offer an option to rent the lobby area only if you plan on having an intimate party.
Things to consider: If you are planning on asking your stylist to have ceiling decorations, there's a high chance that this would require trussing because of its high ceiling. Guests should also be informed in advance of pay parking options nearby, should parking space run out.Â

2.) V Corporate Center
A hidden gem in Makati that offers a wide space to place your fun activities and host a gathering! We actually did Ethan’s Fun Fair here last March, and we are happy that our backdrop matches the great skyline of the venue since it is located at the top of the building.
Bright side: If you are into lots of activities and food carts for your party, this is the perfect venue for you because of the huge indoor space, with a relatively well-sized shaded outdoor space too!
Things to consider: It's important to be mindful about your layout, and where you will place the stage and your various activities.Â

3.) The Clubhouse at Third Greenmeadows
We're all aware that clubhouses are one of the most affordable venues but some are only open to residents or require sponsorship. However, The Clubhouse at Third Greenmeadows is also open to non-residents and offers reasonable rates.
Bright side: The Clubhouse charges a minimal fee per hour if your stylist needs some of that crucial, extra time for early ingress and set up. The venue also offers an open garden that you may also rent for outdoor activities and extra space for food carts. The Clubhouse also has ceiling provisions and a provided holding room. As said above, the venue is open to both residents and non-residents of Greenmeadows.
Things to consider: Corkage fee of P5,000 applies for non-accredited suppliers. The venue has a slightly below-average height ceiling, even though it has provisions.

4.) Mandala Ballroom, Club United PH
Club United is a sports and recreation complex located in Parañaque which also offers an event hall where you can host your special occasions and an outdoor pool that you can also use. Just a quick sharing, we have done multiple setups for the owner’s own event especially their kid’s birthday party and we are always grateful for their trust.
Bright side: This venue gives you an option to be creative whether to use their indoor event hall which is the Mandala Ballroom or use their pool side for a more fun party especially for kids!
Things to consider:Â Strictly no outside food is allowed inside the club. They have additional charges for outside food carts, crew meals, lechon, etc.

5.) Wack Wack Golf & Country Club: Pavilions A and B
Wack Wack Golf & Country Club isn’t just renowned for its golfing prestige: it’s also an exceptional venue for unforgettable parties and events. Although the venue has been around for a long time, I still think that it offers great advantages to potential clients: namely its size plus its convenient location and parking space.
Bright side: Wack Wack is a generously spacious venue with a high ceiling, perfect for your grand events. Consider booking either Pavilion A or B, or, if you have a large guestlist (~350-400 pax), you may also book both Pavilion A and B. Because of its high ceiling, you can also book your preferred large inflatables and play areas for your kid’s birthday party, and place it off to one side of the venue. A big plus for event stylists is the ability to do midnight ingress.Â
Things to consider: Just like other venues that have high ceilings, any extensive ceiling decor will require trussing. Also note that Wack Wack has only 3-4 accredited caterers to choose from. The venue will also require an additional electricity fee for food carts and apply corkage fees to other suppliers such as lechon, sound system, mobile bar, and others.

6.) Frabelle Corporate Plaza
This hidden gem of a venue is located at the penthouse floor of the building, in the posh neighborhood of Salcedo, Makati City, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the city skyline.
Bright side: The penthouse is meticulously designed with high-end finishes and exquisite details. It boasts spacious and beautifully appointed interiors, featuring premium materials and top-of-the-line amenities. You can reserve the whole venue just half of it for more intimate gatherings.
Things to consider: Suppliers will need to be mindful and provide ample allowance of time for the usage of the elevator for ingress and egress.

7.) Corinthian Gardens Clubhouse
Celebrate your special day in style at the classic Corinthians Garden Clubhouse. I've been lucky enough to style this venue countless of times, and I must say that it's still a great venue that offers a balance of affordability, size, location and versatility.
Bright side: With customisable ceiling provisions, you may create the ideal mood with lighting and decor that complements your theme. The facility also has a wide (~24 feet) fixed stage platform, which is perfect for highlighting the birthday star, hosting entertainment, or displaying important moments.Â
Things to consider: Guests must coordinate around the mass schedule. There is also no holding room available, and parking can be tricky but manageable (guests can park on the roadside). Aside from that, early ingress is 6 a.m. at the earliest so if you have an 11:00 AM party the stylist will have to set-up fast, and air conditioner functionality must be confirmed prior to booking to ensure comfort of all guests.

8.) The Blue Leaf Cosmopolitan
The Blue Leaf Cosmopolitan is a staple to every event planner. It combines modern, hotel-like interiors with the flexibility that comes with being a stand-alone events place. Not to mention, it is strategically situation in the central area of Quezon City bordering the Ortigas business district.
Bright side: If you are a fan of ceiling decorations that really helps with the overall mood of your event, this is the place for you as the venue offers high-ceiling function halls that will help you fulfill your vision. Another plus to this venue is that there’s no additional fees for your preferred food carts and play areas. There are 3 halls that are equal in size, and can be booked individually or together, if your guestlist is relatively large-sized. There are also holding rooms in each hall, perfect for the celebrating family, or performers. Â
Things to consider: Limited options for the catering as you may only get their accredited caterers. Be on the lookout for air conditioning issues but the venue staff can respond to this quickly. Be prepared for the possibility of paying out additional fees for early ingress (especially if your stylist is planning for a heavy setup), and possible extension of your event time.

9.) The 72nd Events Center
This hidden gem of a venue is strategically located in the busy city of Pasig. With its high ceiling and rich interiors, The 72nd Events Center is perfect for any event and gathering.
Bright side:Â Venue rental rates are highly reasonable. Ceiling height is extra high, providing the venue with a sense of eminence. There's an extra al fresco area that is included with the venue rental.Â
Things to consider: Rental of the events space comes with use of 40 parking slots, which is already great, but it would be good to also advise guests on other locations that they can park should the slots fill up.

10.) North Forbes Park PavilionÂ
North Park Forbes Pavilion offers a charming and versatile event space amidst the lush surroundings of Forbes Park, perfect for hosting birthday parties. Rates are affordable, the location is prime (Makati / BGC area) and intimate inside Forbes Park subdivision, and parking is ample.
Bright side: With its spacious and versatile event area, it's ideal for hosting spectacular intimate and even mid-sized events. Other than that, the venue features some ceiling provision (for lightweight decor), and has adequate natural light.
Things to consider: Clients will need to coordinate around the mass schedule. There is also no holding room available. Aside from that, the earliest ingress allowed in the venue is 7 a.m., so extra planning and preparation is needed among suppliers, especially if the event is at lunch time.

11.) The Blue Leaf Events Pavilion (Taguig City)
This classic, tastefully designed venue has been a staple for celebrations of all stripes. If you are looking for an event space that offers elegance and sophistication, this venue is a good fit. The Blue Leaf Events Pavilion is a premium event space, and its amenities are well maintained (same goes for all the Blue Leaf venues).
Bright side: The Blue Leaf Events Pavilion has 3 rentable halls: Jade, Silk, and Banyan. Silk and Banyan has gardens that can be used for cocktails or food carts. It's possible to put up ceiling decor without trussing, which implies less cost for the celebrant. While Silk and Banyan can accommodate much larger guests, Jade is ideal for intimate parties and has its own entrance/gate for the guests. It can also be utilized for activities or play areas.
Things to consider: As mentioned before, only accredited caterers are available for clients to book (although the roster of caterers are already quite impressive). In addition, parking spaces are few, especially if all the halls are booked. Guests can always avail of the pay parking at the Robinsons building across the street though.

12.) East Ocean Palace Restaurant (Coral A&B, Ballrooms A-E)
This restaurant / events place is a must-book if your guests value high quality, Chinese cuisine. This, coupled with its elegant ambiance, and large ballrooms, makes it the top choice for various celebrants.
Bright side: Coral A & B halls is ideal for those with a smaller guest number, as it can only accommodate between 150-200+ people. Take note that the Coral halls have average ceiling height. Meanwhile, Ballrooms A to E features an expansive hall with high ceiling, which contributes to the space's grandeur. In total, all 5 ballrooms can accommodate 500 to 700 people, making it an ideal venue for big gatherings. East Ocean has parking space at the basement, and guests can park in nearby. Aside from that, there are no restrictions on food carts, and cooking within the venue is permitted, allowing you to enjoy and hire your preferred suppliers. Â
Things to consider: East Ocean allots a relatively short-term duration ingress and egress schedule, which may pose difficulties to your event stylist and other suppliers, so it is best to plan this out with your suppliers and partners ahead of time. Fees for food carts will also apply.

13.) Manila Polo Club (Main Hall, Turf Room, and Banyan Garden)
Located on McKinley Road in Makati, Manila Polo Club is a classic boasts a magnificent and sophisticated setting with an old Manila ambiance and sheer class.Â
Bright side: Rates are consumable. Main Hall is the ideal setting for huge gatherings (up to ~200-250 pax). The venue's wooden themed decor and high ceiling makes for a good base to build styling decor on. Moreover, midnight ingress is free, and the air conditioning is switched on three hours ahead of schedule. Main Hall also has good ventilation, requires no trusses, and only books one event per day.
The Turf Room of Manila Polo Club meanwhile is perfect for parties with smaller guest sizes (~80-100 pax). The room has a large glass door that lets in natural light, and the space's expansive, warm, and appealing atmosphere, combined with adequately high ceiling, makes it ideal for taking great photos. It has the same advantages as the ones listed for Main Hall; the only difference is that the lobby area can also be used for extra space.
Banyan Garden on the other hand is suitable for gatherings with a limited number of people, and the lobby area can be expanded as needed. There are also no additional expenses for midnight entry, and the Garden only books one event per day, ensuring exclusivity. Furthermore, to ensure your comfort, another air-conditioned function area will be reserved specifically for your event. Take note though that majority of Banyan Garden is outdoor with lawn flooring.Â
Tip: if you like the intimate vibes of Turf Room, and ample space for activities with lots natural light, opt to book Turf Room WITH Banyan Garden as they are adjacent to each other. We've done countless interactive events this way.
Things to consider: Corkage costs are high for branded food carts, and cooking is not permitted. A small service elevator complicates logistics, therefore some suppliers may not be able to handle bookings owing to size constraints. There are only two accredited caterers available, and animals are not permitted on the premises during magic shows.Â

14.) One Shangri-La Place
One Shangri-La Place offers a luxurious setting for unforgettable celebrations.Â
Bright side: Rates are very affordable. One Shang offers 3 adjacent halls which you can rent altogether if your guestlist is relatively large. With its hotel-like ambiance and stunning views from the twin towers, the venue provides a distinct, high-end vibe for any event.
Things to consider: The biggest factor in terms of styling to consider here is that ceiling decor is not possible in this venue. Any type of decor setup outside the venue (or in the hallways) is not allowed as well. Cooking is also not permitted for food carts. Guests must be instructed to park across at the EDSA Shangri-La Mall. You will also need an endorsement from a unit owner before being able to rent their function halls.

15.) Alta Guia
Alta Guia, located in the vibrant heart of Taguig, is a premier party venue known for its luxurious environment and diverse event rooms.Â
Bright side: Its stunning interiors, modern conveniences, and great service make it an ideal venue for birthday festivities. Alta Guia also includes a pool and a small covered space ideal for food carts or other activities. Aside from that, the venue has a high ceiling and a holding room. Furthermore, the venue guarantees no corkage costs to any suppliers. Â
Things to consider: The venue is located on a narrow road. Parking space is also limited, so clients must plan in advance and inform guests.

16.) Gallery MiraNila
Gallery MiraNila offers a cozy, intimate venue for events, combining classic and modern elegance for a genuinely unique celebration experience.
Bright side: This venue is ideal for intimate gatherings and features a wide, breathtaking garden that can also be used if your guest list grows. The location is strategically placed near the San Juan / New Manila / Quezon City areas.Â
Things to consider: Note that Gallery MiraNila is only able to accommodate light ceiling decor. The venue allows only caterers that are part of their accredited roster. Also, huge play areas may not be suitable for the main, indoor venue because of its limited space. Parking is available at the venue, however, it may be difficult especially for large guestlists.

17.) Jackson Park, Greenhills West
Placed in the calm surroundings of Greenhills West Subdivision in San Juan, Jackson Park offers an outdoor-focused, picturesque venue. Although the venue space itself is small (good for 50-80 pax), the outdoor patio area and the spacious garden makes for an interesting combination, perfect for a late afternoon event with tented outdoor area, that carries over into the evening.
Bright side: This venue is great for play dates, activity-based parties, or simple, intimate gatherings. If you love the outdoors, I highly suggest renting some tents, and doing a late afternoon to evening affair.
Things to consider: Note that the biggest consideration here is the small capacity for the indoor function room. Having events during lunchtime in the summer season might be less than ideal due to the heat. Loud music is not allowed or may only be allowed for a certain time. Inflatables are not allowed since the venue has a limited space and only a part of the park can be allocated for an event.

18.) North Greenhills Clubhouse
Another classic venue in the Greenhills / San Juan area is North Greenhills Clubhouse. As an affordable venue, it offers exceptional value. With competitive pricing packages tailored to fit a range of budgets, it provides an accessible option for hosting various events and gatherings.

Bright side: The venue is newly renovated and offers a lighter atmosphere. The rates are highly affordable, and the location is easily accessible and safe.Â
Things to consider: Since the venue is more of a "function room" rather than a venue hall, ceiling height is very low. The venue is also located on the second floor with no service elevator, so activities that involve large, heavy equipment such as arcades may be a challenge. Food carts may also face additional electricity fees. Â

19.) TNA Lounge at TNA Building
In this building, you will be greeted by a spacious and well-appointed event space that can be customized to suit any theme or style. Whether it's an intimate cocktail reception or a grand birthday party, TNA Building offers the flexibility to accommodate various types of events.
Bright side: A spacious area with sufficient ventilation that can hold 200 people. The venue also has an area where you can set up the food carts of your choice. Besides that, TNA Lounge offers plenty of parking space at the building and ceiling provisions for your ceiling decorations.
Things to consider: The primary challenge is the limited capacity of the elevator, which may restrict the size and amount of equipment, supplies, and materials that can be transported at one time. This could lead to delays in setting up for events and increase the time needed for suppliers.
